Career Code Club Consultation Policies

Welcome to Career Code Club’s Online Consultation Service. Please review the following policies carefully before proceeding with payment or booking a session. These policies are made in compliance with Razorpay’s requirements and Indian e-commerce regulations.

1. Terms and Conditions

By booking a consultation on our platform, you agree to the following terms:

• All consultations are conducted via Google Meet with pre-scheduled time slots.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.
• Users must provide accurate contact details and email IDs for session links and updates.
• Career Code Club reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances with prior notice.
• Consultations are for educational and guidance purposes only; no guarantees or job placements are implied.

2. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and handle your information responsibly.

• We collect personal details like name, phone number, and email only to facilitate your consultation booking.
• Payment details are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card information.
• Your consultation data is confidential and will not be shared with any third party, except where required by law.
• All communications (email, WhatsApp, or Google Meet) may be recorded for service improvement purposes with your consent.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please note the following refund and cancellation terms:

• Cancellation requests must be sent to support@careercodeclub.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the same mode of payment.
• No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting.
• In case the consultant is unavailable or the session is cancelled from our end, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

4. Shipping Policy

As this is a digital service, no physical products are shipped. All services are delivered online via Google Meet or email communication. Meeting links are shared via the registered email after payment confirmation.
